- Site analytics — anonymous page views, country, device type. No cross-site tracking.
- Contact form submissions — name, email, company, message. Used to reply and qualify.
- Customer data — biometric templates and access logs, only when you operate one of our products. Processed per the customer DPA.
3. Lawful basis
For PDPA: consent and legitimate interests. For GDPR (where it applies): consent, contract performance, legitimate interests.
4. How long we keep it
Contact submissions: 24 months. Analytics: 14 months. Biometric customer data: per the customer agreement (typically 36 months or to the end of employment).
5. Your rights
Access, correction, portability, deletion, withdrawal of consent. Email privacy@xidtechnologies.com.
6. Security
Encryption at rest and in transit. Access controls. Annual penetration testing. Incident notification per PDPA.
